This funding opportunity is for 5311 public providers wishing to request capital for FY22. Capital can consist of buses, vans, shelters or software. Each request will be rated on their needs statement and other factors to determine their priority by the Capital Asset Committee (CAR).

If the capital request is awarded it may be funded with 5311, 5310 or 5339 funds. The match rate will vary from 20% to 13.42% depending on the funding source and if the capital meets ADA requirements.
